At Sepehri Dental, we work hard to fit our services into your schedule. That's why we're providing the easy-to-use "Request an Appointment" form below. Simply let us know when you'd like to visit us, along with a little information about yourself, and we'll contact you at your convenience to complete your scheduling. If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice. If you're a new patient, we'll start by scheduling you for a New Patient Exam, which includes a complete oral evaluation (with necessary x-rays), cancer screening and doctor consultation. We look forward to seeing your smiling face soon!
- Please allow 24-48 hours for our response. We cannot guarantee that all scheduling requests will be fulfilled; if the requested time is not available, we will suggest alternate (but similar) time slots. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, do not use this form - call us immediately.
