Meet Dr. Sepehri
Since 2003, Dr. Sepehri has been recognized by the Consumer's Research Council of America as one of America's top dentists. Because of her passion for helping people, she continually builds on her uncommonly extensive professional knowledge. This dedication to continuing education has led to ongoing training in diverse disciplines, including cosmetic dentistry, implants and Invisalign®.
After earning a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from S.U.N.Y. at Stony Brook, New York, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Illinois at Chicago, she completed a rigorous residency in Seattle. There she provided dental care to medically and mentally compromised patients, often in emergency situations. Though she has been in private practice for over 10 years, she continues to serve such patients every month at St. Vincent Hospital.
Dr. Sepehri is also proud to participate in the GBAS (Give Back a Smile) program. GBAS is a program developed by the AACD (American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry), with the mission of "giving the smile back" to the victims of domestic abuse. Dentists such as Dr. Sepehri, who are committed to this program, volunteer their services to help those who have broken or lost teeth as the result of violence.
Having a thoroughly down-to-earth personality to go with her uncompromising professionalism, she loves spending time with family and friends, and enjoys a diverse set of hobbies, such as swimming, piano playing, traveling, interior design and watching comedies. On her office wall, a framed quote from Andy Warhol (no, not the one about 15 minutes of fame) sums up her contagiously cheerful nature: "I think everybody should like everybody."
